- Return Window: You must initiate a return request within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
- Product Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. Products that show any signs of wear, use, or damage cannot be accepted.

- Non-Returnable Items: The following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “As-Is.”

CRITICAL POLICY: NO REFUND WITHOUT RETURN

Step 1: Request a Return Authorization

- We will review your request and, if eligible, issue a Return Authorization (RA) Number and provide you with the specific return shipping address.
Step 2: Package and Ship Your Return
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all parts and documentation.
- Clearly write the RA Number on the outside of the shipping box. Returns without a valid RA number will experience significant delays.
- Ship the package to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
- Important: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and for the safe transit of the package until we receive it. Maplecan Stationery Inc. is not liable for items lost or damaged during the return shipment.

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please follow the standard return process outlined above to obtain a refund for the original purchase. Once the refund is processed, you can place a new order on our website for the desired product from our Shop new arrivals or Shop All collections.
8. International Returns (For orders shipped outside Canada)
For customers returning items from outside Canada:
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes.
- The package must be clearly marked with the RA Number and declared as “RETURNED GOODS” on customs forms to avoid additional charges.
